It all started with some over-zealous magazine editors, a little bit of money, a company that up-fitted police cars with all the "Standard Issue Police Car Stuff that we played with often", a whole lot of help from inspired ford engineers, and Kenny's promise to build something that was worthy of a photoshoot in front of Detroit's nostalgic Kress Lounge.
They wanted a "Boulevard Bruiser" and that's what they got! One editor referred to it as the "Samuel L Jackson Memorial Pipe Swinging Arrest Me Machine". That's a lot to fit in one sentence, but I'm sure you understand.
Some say this is the car that inspired the Mercury Marauder, and we're fairly sure it was. Then Kenny went on to take that car and turn it into a home run with a supercharged version that would lay waste to anything the Big 3 had in the form of a 2-door "muscle" car off the showroom floor.

In this historic video, Kenny explains the story, engineering, and production of what's become an icon in the history of his many great world-class and widely publicized creations that shocked the Mustang community.

Kenny has been working with Marcus and his father for the past several months on a new project for the Australian Masterclass Series that involves a Fox Body Mustang. This series is basically the Trans Am series of the old days with American and Australian model cars of old competing Aussie-style and it's a load of fun.

Unlike other tuner trucks and SUV back in the day, Kenny did things his way, not just adding power but also adding handling, braking, wheels, tires and other creature comforts to give you a true sports car feel without compromise.
In this historical video, Kenny gives you a little insight into these custom creations. While the supercharged Explorer GTS may have been the SUV of choice among his discerning customer base, other superstars like the Lincoln Aviator and Windstar minivan proved that anything could be cooked up with the right ingredients and the help of other industry icons like Alpine Electronics or even apparel icons like Avirex.

What was done in their first year was a pinnacle moment in Mustang history, where Kenny prepared a car that was not designed for racing, took the fight to Corvette and Porsche, and actually beat them.
They WON and continued to win in epic fashion! The second year, they returned to dominate their class, shatter records, and finish the 24 Hours of Canada in a historic first, second, and third-place finish overall. That's a story for another episode and will be just as epic!
