Refund policy

RETURNS - We offer a 30-Day Return/Refund Policy. Aftern 30 days, we review each case on an individual basis and may or may not issue a store credit, depending upon the circumstances for the return.

SECTION 1
A Return Authorization Number (RA) is required for all goods returned to Kenny Brown Performance. RA numbers can be obtained by calling Kenny Brown Customer Care Center at 317.396.2768.

The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. All goods must be returned freight and insurance prepaid. Kenny Brown Performance will refuse any shipments not in compliance with the above policy.

Any “new” returns must be in new condition and the box(es) must also be in good condition. A 20% restocking charge shall apply on all returned goods. Kenny Brown Performance reserves the right to reject products as unfit for return if they arrive in poor or modified condition.

SECTION 2
Any product shipped in error and determined to be an error of Kenny Brown Performance will be replaced with the proper product at no charge. The replacement product will be shipped to you in the same freight terms as it was originally shipped and a call tag will be issued to pick up the product that was shipped in error. If the part is not returned within 14 days, your account/credit card will be charged for the product and will be refunded as soon as the product in error is returned.

SECTION 3
If the error was made by you. We will invoice and send upon your direction the correct product along with appropriate shipping charges. We will issue you an RA (Returned Authorization) number for return of the incorrect product. Upon the receipt, we will credit your account for the returned product.
