Shipping policy
NOTE: Shipping is calculated in our shopping cart based on the individual part metrics. In many cases, when you order multiple items, they can be shipped together in a larger package. We evaluate each order and the cost for shipping multiple items to determine the most cost-effective method of shipping, AND we issue refunds directly to the customer when applicable.
When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If the product is back ordered you will be notified via email or telephone with an estimated delivery date. If you are ordering a complete suspension system, it may take several days or more to process and ship the order in full.
Kenny Brown Performance products are shipped F.O.B. Indianapolis, IN via UPS or common freight carrier, or drop shipped directly from the manufacturer when applicable.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Indianapolis location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours vary and we do require you to schedule your pickup in advance. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to many countries including: Canada and Mexico.
Shipping charges for your order must be calculated prior to processing and must be done via telephone or email. For questions regarding shipping overseas or if you would like to receive a shipping quote, please contact info@kennybrown.com
Your order will be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kenny Brown Performance is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@kennybrown.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. When shipping to a P.O. Box, we only use the United States Postal Service.
